ok ive been doing regular exercise, 1 hour each, 2 times a day and I've develop some abs when i press down, it reaches an inch of my finger before i feel my abs, i eat once a day at lunchtime then ill have a tea for dessert ill rarely eat snacks after that because thats the only time i feel hungry and i drink usually 2 liters of water, i usually eat one sandwich filled with lettuce and tomatoes or a small bowl of oats or a salad.i eat once a day cause it became my eating habit ever since i was small that's how i ate, i tried eat 3 or 4 times a day, and well thats the reason i started working out cause i gained so much and after i came back to eating once a day lost a lot of weight now its just this stubborn fat just wont leave me, whenever i tried again to eat 3 to 4 times i usually feel like i want to throw i all out again cause i feel so full.before i eat anything i would eat 2 fresh eggs and whenever i eat i usually finish half a liter of water then i drink 2 cups of tea my snack after that would be 1 or 2 chips then a peanut butter sandwich.summing it all up i ate some carbs, vegs, protein(from the eggs), sugar, salt, and maybe some oil from the peanut butter.i do eat sometimes twice but seldom only maybe when i out and about and over working, i dont like to force my self to eat.heres pics that kinda looks like my 3pm meal:sandwitch:http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQq-V9VYM0n_jHNnWUuQBW_MATqCn1h1-qbnkhOTu7IjQD_yFZksmall bowl of salad:http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTj-w4wb8jaDQ7VFidwFiPwUPxph--M0bj7kYPNJffiDMYZ-0AGXwsoup:http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcS6WcwByBMWqLhi4qd6nfE_RN7nVWgJXEnvFrpQF-vOJjD0lLevi eat these meals seperately every other day, heres what my body looks similarly,http://cestquiquiestgros.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/forums.overclockers.co_.uk_.jpg

How to Lose Weight Without Exercising

Recommended Answer:

Your belly fat probably wont cause look:For belly fat, unlike what most of people think you should do a LOT more cardio than sit ups and exercises just for the belly. To lose belly fat you need to focus on all of your body fat percentage, then you will start seeing differences. You eat once a day and sorry but that's wrong. Your body is hanging on to fat, cause it might be on starvation mode. I'm sure you've already heard of this. You should eat at least 2 'big' meals a day followed by snacks. If you can't eat pretty regularly, try to eat at least every 4 hours. By doing this, your body will burn calories faster than if you kinda starve or don't eat enough. You're drinking enough water, that's great! Just keep it up, swap it for any sodas and other drinks and green tea helps a lot as you probably know.Just eat healthy exercise and you'll definitely see results. Your body is like a 'machine'; it won't work very well if you don't provide enough proteins and everything it needs. Once you get how yours works you will progress! It's alll about being healthy really.. Hope you succeed :)*----------------------------------------I see..It depends of what time you wake up and that, but imagine you wake up at 9am- what if you had imagine, a small amount of oats for breakfast, 4h later a salad with whatever meat or whatever you eat with it,4h later fruit or small snack, then dinner (lettuce, soup, whatever you have?)Because when you eat more times a day the quantity of food is small, so soon you'll feel hungry again.I don't know maybe it will help? It does make the difference because as I said before, you do burn more calories..Hope it helped!

  • yes as long as you continue to cut the fat out of your diet and continue to exercise, you should loose the belly fat. But if your going for abs, that might require more work. Getting abs will also take a long time, it won't happen overnight once you loose the belly fat.
  • I'm done with my weight loss journey and completely happy with how I feel and how I look right now however losing weight is a challenge for anyone and even losing 5 pounds and keeping it off isn't an easy task. Also I bet you didn't know that 5 pounds of fat is about the size of 8 cheese burgers? That alone should be enough to make anyone want to get on the ball and start a change for the better. Weight loss can be really easy to learn but the problem is nobody wants to put the required effort that is needed to actually do it, instead people continually look for (easy) ways to do it. If there was an easy way to lose weight I don't think 35% of Americans would be obese. There was a time when I also wanted to lose weight and was tired of starting diets only to lose motivation and give up just a few weeks later after seeing no results. However, let me tell you it is literally one of the easiest things you will ever learn once you find a good and reputable place to learn it from and I say that only because the world is filled with magic diet pills, liquid flush diets and a thousand other quick fixes that promise xx pounds of weight loss in the first week and even though it is impossible they know you're going to do it because your desperate. I have probably tried every diet pill, liquid flush diet, and ab rocket machine known to man and have had no success with any of them nor do I know anyone that has ever had any success with them. I have also tried starving myself which works very well for the first few weeks' right before your metabolism comes to a complete stop and eating just the tiny bit makes you gain weight and you end up weighing more than you did before you started starving yourself. Companies promote weight loss to make money not to get people healthy again and that's because they know you're not going to be a customer and buy their products if you're no longer fat.http://fattlossfacctor.com is a site I want you to go to when you have 10 or 20 minutes to spare and I want you to sit down and watch his video on weight loss. He helps people every day to lose weight I have never seen someone as committed as him and that will go so far out of his way to help someone. His weight loss program is one of the best I have ever had the enjoyment of doing and it is without doubt the best success I have ever had with any weight loss program. I also couldn't be happier with my body right now and I have never felt this wonderful in my whole life. In the end you just got to remember to stick with it and stay confident in yourself and in no time you can achieve the results you have always wanted. It's not hard to lose weight but most people have a hard time staying motivated and 9 times out of 10 it was because they weren't really committed from the beginning. Anyways I hope I helped you and I hope you make the commitment to change your body and life. Remember it's not easy to take the first step but you did, you're here right now taking it and the rest of the steps will fall into place. Have a wonderful day!
