What is the best method to lose weight?

I am a 19 year old white female, 5'3, and I have been overweight for the majority of my life, ever since I was very young. I don't know why, and I am very happy with myself, with my personality and body, but as everyone does, I wish there were some things I could change in myself. I don't have much of a chest, most of the fat is is my stomach area. I have a huge stomach. and my legs and arms are big also. I look forward to having kids and a husband one day so I would like to be healthy enough to bear children, and being overweight is harmful for your heart. I am wondering if anyone has any tips on effective ways for someone like me to lose weight and tone up in the arm and belly area.

You should start jogging, using light weights (no more than 10 pounds) to tone your arms and the basic crunch to cut down the fat in your midsection. Cut down on grains, eat more leafy greens, fruits, other vegetable.. cut down on red meat, eliminate pork.. chicken, baked, broiled.. turkey.. fish. it's not hard. you can do it, if i can anyone can. trust me. good luck
