Im tryng to get in some cardio into my daily routine to loose 20lbs hopefully. So my mom had this jump rope lying around and I heard it was good cardio. I started yesterday and was ok. How many reps should I do to burn a significant amount of calories? I've changed my diet already so I just need a good workout.ex. Like 10 reps of 10 jumps
