i want to lose 20 pounds im 14 and im 5 feet and 7 inches im not to fat but my belly and thighs are to big help I wanna burn fat and gain muscle if you can please give me a list if foods that reduce fat and some exercise routines I could do thank you

  • Seriously you want to burn fat, yet your sitting at the computer. Dude walk around the block. Like literally get up and go walking. Stop drinking soda. Period. It destroys everything. You don't need a routine you just need to go play out side and lay off of the junk food. Trust me your 14 do those simple things and you will drop weight!
  • Sweetie you're 14 so don't worry too much! However, I was like you and probably worse and I hated being overweight so I do sympathise! I'd say don't worry too much about your diet, just eat as healthily as you can (lots of veg, grilled chicken not fried chicken etc) and only drink water. The biggest thing is to exercise.
