I pigged out this morning, What should I eat the rest of the day n should I exercise more today because of it?

I really let myself go this morning and ended up eating more than I thought I did, I ended up eating an apple about 10 french fries and 1 medium size hamburger patty and 2 little ones I didn't eat any cheese or buns with them, Just the patties and they were homemade and fried (Without oil or butter) . Don't judge my breakfast, What I'm looking for is ideas for the rest of the day that I have to eat.Do I skip lunch? Eat an apple or lettuce for lunch? Or should I just drink lots of water for the rest of the day until dinner and eat a light dinner? Any recommendations for a filling but healthy dinner?Yes I am trying to lose weight and I know I really failed with that one at the moment, No I do not have a blender either.
