I need help cuz I'm fat. at least I think I am?

soo please don't think I'm anorexic or sick don't tel me I'm skinny cuz that won't work. just listen to me. I'm 13, 4'11 and weigh about 110. (108) but I have huge muscle thigh, a fat belly and broad shoulders, but I have skinny arms. I want abs, and I want all my muscle in my thighs to go away and make my thighs a lot thinner! I want to lose 20 lbs? I work out and play volleyball and soccer but I don't want to play because I feel that it will make my thigh muscle worse... what excersises or things do u recommend?

Try to limit your calorie intake from what you eat. Limit your self or try to avoid fast foods or any other junk food. Try doing sit ups and avoid any leg work outs. Personally I like girls with muscular thighs ( not trying to be a creeper :3) Good Luck! ;)
