Hydroxycut gummies!??

Hi guys, I'm 15 about 4'11 (I'm really short) and I'm about 110, I'm not over weight but I don't have a flat tummy and I want a perfect body so much. I know theres no such thing as perfect but i would like a nice flat tummy. I plan on starting the gym and trying to eat healthy. But I crave so many things and I constantly feel like eating. If I take hydroxycut gummies will it stop my cravings and help me loose weight faster? I've heard good and bad reviews. If it honestly is bad please tell me and help me use an alternative. I really want to loose weight. At least 10 pounds. By the time I see results I'll stop taking them and stay on the healthy diet and gym. But please help!!!?

Hydroxycut products are scams. They're nothing more than a bunch of cool sounding exotic substances mixed together to give you the impression they'll help you do what you can't do as you should do...an easy way to do something difficult. They don't help burn fat and there is no science to support that claims made about the product and it's ingredients which for Hydroxycut Max are...The ingredients are typical of the junk supplement makers buy in large quantities from foreign countries with poor quality control and low prices. They then make batches of mixtures of this junk and sell them under different names and different claims. What is supposed to help women burn fat may contain the same ingredients as another product which is supposed to help men burn fat...etc. Then they add a few grams of something and call it "Plus" or "Max". It's all a ruse...a scam to capitalize on the ignorance and credulity of the consumer by people who care about your money, not your health. All you have to do is go to USA.gov and search for "hydroxycut". Here's what you'll find --> http://search.usa.gov/search?query=hydroxycut&USA.gov+Search.x=0&USA.gov+Search.y=0Here's an except from one of the white papers listed."FDA has received 23 reports of serious health problems ranging from jaundice and elevated liver enzymes, an indicator of potential liver injury, to liver damage requiring liver transplant. One death due to liver failure has been reported to the FDA.Liver injury, although rare, was reported by patients at the doses of Hydroxycut recommended on the bottle. Symptoms of liver injury include jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes) and brown urine. Other symptoms include nausea, vomiting, light-colored stools, excessive fatigue, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, itching, and loss of appetite.Other health problems reported include seizures; cardiovascular disorders; and rhabdomyolysis, a type of muscle damage that can lead to other serious health problems such as kidney failure.FDA urges consumers to stop using Hydroxycut products in order to avoid any undue risk, says Linda Katz, M.D., interim chief medical officer of FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. "Adverse events are rare, but exist," Katz says. "Consumers should consult a physician or other health care professional if they are experiencing symptoms possibly associated with these products.""The only reason junk like Hydroxycut is allowed to be sold is because it is classified as a "supplement' and supplements are not approved by the FDA, are virtually unregulated, do not have the protections afforded foods and drugs, are not recommended by the US National Institute of Health, do not require any testing, are often contaminated, may not even be what the label says, usually contain cheap ingredients, are often over priced scams, have been known to be dangerous, and can have numerous adverse or unwanted side effects.
