How to motivate myself to loose weight?

I would absolutely love to lose 10 pounds but I understand that its not that easy to do. I am incredibly lazy, always tired and I barely have the motivation to get out of bed most days. What are ways I can motivate myself to actually get up and exercise? I eat a very healthy diet its just that I get barely any physical activity. Any advice?
