How much weight could I lose in 4 months if I stick to this plan?

Eating healthy, having lots of veg + fruit with every meal. Eating a light alpen bar for a snack during the day. Cutting out all fatty and sugary foods but occassionaly treating myself to a meal out or takeaway once a monthdoing atleast 30mins of excercise each day which involves -jogging, hula-hooping, crunches, squats, weights and doing 'blogilates' youtube videos. My aim is to lose 20lbs btw. Could I lose more than that? What do you think? Thank you, I have been doing this for a week so far and have lost 2lbs.

How to Lose Weight on a Budget

I think that it will deff work!! Keep to the plan but don't stress youself out because that will prevent weight loss more than it would if you don't have stress. If you do it for three months, i would say the minimum you would loose is like 12-15 lbs. If you are already skinny then you might not loose 20. If your body is able to loose some weight 20+ is possible, if you start getting more comfrotable than up your work out time a little bit every week. Don't do the same thign every day though, always switch it up, its better. Just keep eating healthy and stick to what you are doing, keep in mind that if you gain weight its because of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. So maybe if you want to aim to take off inches it might be more ideal and rewarding I think. Good luck! I hope I helped! four months you should loose 20-Em:)

Other Answers:

  • i think you probably loose more
  • If you consistently stick to the plan without any slacking i'd say maybe 30lbs? That's good enough room for a little slacking haha just in case, just try to extend your workout a little bit more and more over time with longer jogs/hula hooping and more reps different workouts; don't let your body get completely used to the workout, switch it up every 2 weeks or so.
