How can I lose 15 pounds penamently?

I'm a 14 year old girl, 5 foot tall, (yeah, im really short) and i weigh about 115 pounds. I would like to become 100 pounds, and before you freak out, that's actually the average weight for someone my height ^_^ I have a month till school starts, and that's when I want to have lost all the weight.Before, I'd only eat about 800 cal, but did some research and found out that that was really unhealthy. But now I feel really guilty whenever I eat, and I'm not sure how many calories I should consume either. Is it okay to eat about 1000 cal a day? I figure slate about 3 times a week if that effects anything. If someone could tell me how to lose 15 pounds in a month with my circumstances, it would be greatly appreciated :)
