How can I loose weight before my wedding?

I am getting married next year in July, but I'm not motivated to loose weight what can I do I'm really big and tired of being this way please help. :(

Hi there! Congratulation's on getting married! I would have to say that motivation is the first and most important thing when it comes to weight loss. Have a reason why you want to loose weight and set up your goals. Without motivation, you really won't feel like you can do it and feel discouraged. Loosing to much weight in a short amount of time is not healthy. Just pick healthier options such as instead of going for that cookie, have a protein bar instead. Breakfast could be oatmeal or a protein smoothie, lunch could be a salad with chicken or a protein, snacks could include nuts, veggies and fruits. Dinner could be eggs on toast with yogurt on the side. Remember this: burning more calories that you consume will result in the weight loss. Exercise is also important, but it could just be 30-1hr of good walking. Also sometimes we can indulge and overindulge, it happens to everybody, no body is perfect. You can have your favorite foods in moderation. I like to indulge on special occasions then it gives me a reason to indulge. Good luck!
