How to Lose Weight in the Face in a Week
Recommended Answer:
If you were underweight to start, you will expect to gain at least 30 lbs by the time baby gets here. I was considered underweight with my first baby, I was 112 lbs (5'7") at my first prenatal, my OB expected me to gain about 35 pounds by my due date. I gained about 33. Most of this is water, blood, baby, breast tissue, and minimal maternal reserves (fat). I did not have an eating disorder before pregnancy, I was just very active and very thin. I lost 15 pounds the day of delivery and all but 5-7 pounds within 4 weeks or so.During your first and second trimesters, it is recommended to eat a 2000 calorie/day diet, and about 2200 calorie/day in your third. I hope your OB knows your history, I would recommend having him/her refer you to a dietitian who can help you make good, healthy food choices for both you and your baby.Other Answers:
- I gave birth a little less than 4 weeks ago. I weighed about 95 lbs before getting pregnant. I am now 11.6 lbs over that. I didn't watch my weight at all when I was pregnant. I ate all of the time, although it wasn't unhealthy food.I haven't done any extra walking to loose weight. I still eat the same, and do everyday walking. Don't try to limit how many calories you eat just because you don't want to gain weight. Try to think of your baby. An underweight baby is a lot worse than disliking how you look for 19 1/2 more weeks.
