How can I lose weight fast?

I'm 16 and I have kidney problems. I was diagnosed when I was 14 and have struggled since with weight gain. I take prednisone which is a steroid that causes me to rapidly gain weight. I have gained 45 pounds since September. I am 5 10 and was told that I should weigh around 175-180. Whenever I run, I constantly out of breathe within 30 seconds. Please help me.

You might not lose that much WEIGHT since you're gaining muscle, but it'll help you tone your body and lose fat.   • drink lots of water...and start with walking long distances. You can run later but walking is so good for you. Try to walk 30 minutes a day fairly quickly.
  • Try diet with healthy foods and <1200 calories per days. Eat less and more meals. 30mins of exercise per day can be walking, running or swimming. Cheers!
