How to burn high calories and lose weight fast?

I''m 14 and 114 lbs. That doesn''t sound too bad but considering the fact that I''m 4''11 only it''s a problem. I''m not comfortable in my own body and although it''s in the "average" zone for BMI right now I know I''m still chunky.
I''ve gone down 19 lbs since the middle of last school year by starving myself and eating only dinner (I have to since we eat as a family but I get away with eating half) plus drinking tons of water but I can''t take it anymore. I seem to always be reaching for fatty snacks nowadays and I can''t control myself. I think about purging it away but I start crying and then freak out.
I exercise about 3 times a week for thirty minutes or more but it won''t help. I''ve gained two pounds in the past week and I''m literally sobbing about it. My parents won''t get me diet pills or anything and I''m obsessed with my weight now, all I think about is calorie counting.
In 5 days my best friend who recently moved to New York is coming back to where I live, he specifically asked to hang out with me and I was elated. I want to buy a pair of high waisted shorts to wear the day I see him because I have the perfect outfit.
Can someone please give me tips on how to loose weight fast?! It doesn''t have to stay off forever but just long enough for me to show him. I want him to be impressed with me. I don''t like him or anything but it would mean so much.

  • Take balanced meal and do excercise regularly. This is the only safe and reliable method to get rid of excess fat.
  • go to the store and buy the weight watchers brownies at the store. DUH!!!
  • drink water until your pee is clear.. that means your body cleaned all the toxins out of it.
