Help with work outs? ? ?

Hi, I''m 5"2 and 150 pounds. I know I''m very overweight and i need to loose weight. I just need some help. I have a treadmill and a weight bench. I want to loosr about thirty pound fairly quickly. I know it isn''t healthy but it isn''t healthy to be this weight either. Can anyone tell me a workout plan i can do? Also, is i do leg workout with weights will out get rid of the fat and make my though skinnier out will out make it bulker?
