I'm a teenager and eat loads but no weight gain?

OK, so I'm a 15 year old male and have been inactive from P.E and walking/going out with friends for
almost 5 years now because I am a computer person (creative). I eat plenty of junk food and drink lots of milk and such but have put on no weight? I wasn't well fed in the womb as a baby because the pipe thing (forgot it's name) didn't work properly some how so I was always a underweight child. I currently weigh 7 stone 11 pounds and have either lost weight or stayed the same for 4 years. What is causing this? Will I ever put on weight?
