What fast car can i purchase with a budget of $7000?

ok were I live all the racers have either mid 90s civic si's or integra gsr, with there vtec dohc engines, maybe a couple of mustang gt's. I wanna get something other than a si or gsr to beat these guys but I have researched and have no luck with my budget. stock eclipse gsx wont work celica gts either. So what car do you think I can get with 7000, obviously its gonna be a car in the 90s maybe early 2000s if im lucky, I can expect high mileage, used car. im talking about stock cars. Anything out there wrx, 3000gt, 300zx, Mazdas, audi. thanks

I've had cold like symptoms, Sore throat swollen glands and sneezing constantly for a month.
