Take a good thermogenic(fat burner) diet pill about an hour before you work out to maximize your fat burning during your workout and you will lose weight much faster and easier. This explains how to do it and why it works so well http://www.weightlossfatloss.us/howto_thermogenics.asp

  • I'm done with my weight loss journey and completely happy with how I feel and how I look right now however losing weight is a challenge for anyone and even losing 5 pounds and keeping it off isn't an easy task. Also I bet you didn't know that 5 pounds of fat is about the size of 8 cheese burgers? That alone should be enough to make anyone want to get on the ball and start a change for the better. Weight loss can be really easy to learn but the problem is nobody wants to put the required effort that is needed to actually do it, instead people continually look for (easy) ways to do it. If there was an easy way to lose weight I don't think 35% of Americans would be obese. There was a time when I also wanted to lose weight and was tired of starting diets only to lose motivation and give up just a few weeks later after seeing no results. However, let me tell you it is literally one of the easiest things you will ever learn once you find a good and reputable place to learn it from and I say that only because the world is filled with magic diet pills, liquid flush diets and a thousand other quick fixes that promise xx pounds of weight loss in the first week and even though it is impossible they know you're going to do it because your desperate. I have probably tried every diet pill, liquid flush diet, and ab rocket machine known to man and have had no success with any of them nor do I know anyone that has ever had any success with them. I have also tried starving myself which works very well for the first few weeks' right before your metabolism comes to a complete stop and eating just the tiny bit makes you gain weight and you end up weighing more than you did before you started starving yourself. Companies promote weight loss to make money not to get people healthy again and that's because they know you're not going to be a customer and buy their products if you're no longer fat. http://fatloossfactor.com is a site I want you to go to when you have 10 or 20 minutes to spare and I want you to sit down and watch his video on weight loss. He helps people every day to lose weight I have never seen someone as committed as him and that will go so far out of his way to help someone. His weight loss program is one of the best I have ever had the enjoyment of doing and it is without doubt the best success I have ever had with any weight loss program. I also couldn't be happier with my body right now and I have never felt this wonderful in my whole life. In the end you just got to remember to stick with it and stay confident in yourself and in no time you can achieve the results you have always wanted. It's not hard to lose weight but most people have a hard time staying motivated and 9 times out of 10 it was because they weren't really committed from the beginning. Anyways I hope I helped you and I hope you make the commitment to change your body and life. Remember it's not easy to take the first step but you did, you're here right now taking it and the rest of the steps will fall into place. Have a wonderful day.

Working out and bloating? Help?

Heh guys just had some questions, I started working out again I had gained about 20 lbs so I'm trying to workout and build muscle but at the same time lose belly fat. I started taking protein and creatine I take one or two servings of creatine a day and about 4 shakes a day as well ... I eat healthy, but I've been feeling very bloated around my belly these past couple of days is this normal for the consumption of creatine and protein? I eat small portions throughout the day but feel more out of shape I don't get it ... Someone help please.. I workout 5 days a week with 25 min cardio in the morning followed by weights ... I have a protein shake right after then about 30 min after I have my creatine drink... What am I doing wrong? I want to gain muscle but lose the belly fat

You're probably doing many things wrong. However, from your post we can know that you're taking supplements and that's wrong. Stop all your supplements...shakes, creatine, whatever. All US federal health agencies warn against using supplements without the recommendation of a health care professional because supplements are not approved by the FDA, are virtually unregulated, do not have the protections afforded foods and drugs, are not recommended by the US National Institute of Health, do not require any testing, are often contaminated, may not even be what the label says, usually contain cheap ingredients, are often over priced scams, have been known to be dangerous, and can have numerous adverse or unwanted side effects. If you're taking bodybuilding shakes, you are just loading your GI tract up with a bunch of crap (who knows what). Apparently you've been spending too much time reading stuff on the internet without realizing that almost all of the major bodybuilding websites are just out to scam you. Here's one example.Don't use bodybuilding.com. It's a scam-site for the purposes of selling supplements and is full of bad information. They recently paid a $7 million fine for selling illegal drugs. Check out this list of over 60 dangerous supplement products sold with bogus advertising claims which scam-site bodybuilding.com was forced to recall and take off the market here --> http://www.usrecallnews.com/2009/11/bodybuilding-com-supplements-recalled-may-contain-steroids.html and here --> http://www.fda.gov/ICECI/CriminalInvestigations/ucm305494.htm . Their information is bad because they don't screen it so they have a ton of information to attract the suckers. Now, remember this. All you need to be all you can be is a good and proper diet of food and optimal training. So, now is the time for you to study.Your body has no choice but to follow your brain. So, you should feed your brain a steady diet of good information if you want to be all you can be. It's YOUR body and it has to last a lifetime so it's worth the investment. Don't ask questions of random strangers with no credibility in this or other online forums. Use high quality resources for information instead. The basic principles of health, fitness, and nutrition are not that difficult or hard to understand. Avoid the internet unless you're using trusted sites in dot gov or dot edu domains. The dot coms are usually driven by profit motive and you'll find bad information in most websties including WebMD, Livestrong, Bobybuilding.com, etc. and especially in this forum and others like it. And, avoid magazine and other cheap commercial informational products about fitness, glamour, muscle building, fashion and fads. Don't be part of the "herd" unless you want to look, feel, and perform like the "herd".Use books, especially late edition text books on subjects such as nutrition, anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology...especially exercise physiology. You can find excellent information resources at your local public or Uni library or for sale cheap online at Amazon.com and Ebay.com. Always follow the science. Use critical thinking. Be skeptical and do not believe anything without cross checking it with trusted sources. Grow your personal knowledge base and everything else will follow with relative ease. You have one body and it has to last a lifetime. It's worth the investment to learn how to care for it properly. Good luck and good health!!♠
