I''m 15, I weigh 12st2 and I am 5ft.
By Summer I want to weigh 120 pounds and I will put everything into it.
I''ve set my fitness pal goal as 1000 calories. What exercise should i do? Would the "your shape" game on the kinect work?
Is there a chance I can get to that goal weight by summer?
