It's 80% what you eat, 20% exercise.Plan out what you will eat each day in advance.Never buy junk food and make sure any lying around that is not yours is out of your sight (if it is yours, throw it out or give it away). Drink only water. Trust me, after less than two weeks you won't crave other drinks. Also, water keeps your cravings and appetite low.Don't eat fast food. After awhile of not eating it, you stop craving it.Make sure there is plenty of fruit and veggies lying aroud.Get someone to help you out. When your so close to eating crap foods again, ask yourself 'do i really need this?' NO!Do things that distract you (read, video games). Snack on healthy stuff throughout the day. You can eat as much fruits (except bananas) and veggies as you want without gaining weight from then.If you are truly hungry, you will eat that celery stick.Reward yourself with a nice non-food reward every month or week of healthy eating. You may slip sometimes which is okay. Just don't let it happen again. And maybe have a 'punishment' every time you eat bad stuff (like you have to do 50 jumping jacks).Always keep your goal in mind and remind yourself why you-re doing this.
