How can i gain muscle? I am a hard gainer?

I am basically what you call an ectomorph or a hardgainer...in other words it is hard for me to gain weight/muscle.I currently measure 172cm and weigh around 55kg. I am motivated and i want to start gaining muscle but i dont really know what to do, as stupid as it might sound. I wanna be doing the right stuff, and not waste time. So do you guys have any workout recomendations? Also what supplements should i take? Thank you

So, if you want to change that and add some pounds there are two ways to do it. Both may work and neither may work. i have a pool party/ reunion this sunday with all my friends and some other guys from other schools that are friends with them and i want to look slim, fast! i'm not that over weight i just want to get rid of my slight- love-handles.what i've been doing is simply eating healthy, and going on jogs when the weather cools down.what are some healthy, high in fiber foods? foods that will help lose weight faster?? how do you lose weight fast??
