I need help with this?

im 5'3 and about 190 and i want to find out if there is any tips on how to lose at least 50lbs before my senior year. Im starting to stop drinking sodas and juices and replace them with water and i exercise for an hour a day but i dont know if thats enough

You neglected to say when your Senior years is & how long your goal weight has left to achieve. I can tell you that I lost 10 pounds a month for the first 2 months just cutting out sodas. Then I started drinking Orange Juice & gained 10 pounds back the first week.I cutout the juice completely, but never got back on track with my loss!!! I would think that realistically that with NO sodas, NO juices , & GOOD exercising EVERY day that you could lose 20-25/month!!! Maybe 15 on a slow month; but you MUST keep up the exercising & the NO sodas/juice to achieve it...with NO cheating for the "just today"!!!
