How much do I have to eat for bulking up?

The question is do I necessarily have to stuff my face everyday for bulking up (ofc, Im working out too) I have a high metabolism so I bought this weight gain 1500 calories shake to enhance my diet but the thing is. In the morning I dont feel like eating much so I figured to also exercise getting out of bed before eating to increase it.This is my breakfast plan -Egg, cheese, bacon, veggie an wheat bread Sammich an another Egg with just bread with my 1500 calorie shake with bananas an 10 table spoon of butter which makes it 3500 calories3 pancakes (all the eggs, flour etc. in it) with apple in itProtein bar with 21 g of protein (Says muscle recovery) And if I have room for more some yogurt lol. Is their anything I should be taken away or something I should be adding?? I have a full routine an lately this whole summer I slacked off not doing shit. Just fantasizing bout my dreams an practicing my bad habits:( But I dont want that any longer I wana start making a change! So yeahh, let me know as much as you can concerning this cuz Im sick of my bad habits of doing nothing an thinking so narrow when Im capable of alot Lol.

I'm 15, 16 in 4 months and I'm over weight but I'm losing it. I lost 10 pounds so far. My boobs are huge, and saggy. I their D cups. It's depressing. If i was to sit down, my boobs and nipples would almost reach my bellybutton so i don't go one don't without a bra and i hate sleeping without one. So if i lost weight to the goal i want, will it shrink??? Ideas or tips? Please no negativity :( P.S. It hurts when i do jumping jacks or jump because my boobs are so heavy.

OK i mean no offense but how over weight are you? Anyway really over weight people well often have big boobs because boobs are one of the areas that gather fat you know like the belly or thighs anyway my point is if you are really over weight if you keep losing weight you should start seeing them become smaller and lighter if you are now a good weight you will need a good bra for support....But i'm a guy and i don't know what bras are good sorry maybe look online? :(

  • Ok, what I tell girls is to check out the minimizer bras. They aren't cheap but they make you look nice and a little smaller. I am loosing weight also and so far, my boobs are still the same. Oh I use Just My Size catalog OR www.jms.com. You order your regular size, it just makes you LOOK smaller. Take care.
