Can I lose 60 pounds in 3 months?

I'm 14 years old..I really want to lose 60 pounds..is that possible in 3 months? Starting tomorrow, September 6th? I weigh 197... and I'm in home studies right now..so I have plenty of time to workout and stuff...BUT I'm going back to school on January! How many pounds can I lose starting tomorrow?! Any exercises for belly fat? What can I eat when on the diet? Help??

I'm the same height as you and my body needs 1200 cals just to tick over, That's like if you lie down all day, and eat 1357 calories you wouldnt put any weight on. So since you've (i assume) been doing your usualy daily things then you should lose weight esp since you worked out. Even if you eat 1500 cals a day, you would still be losing weight. The easiet way I find to lose weight in a short time like a week is cutting out carbsonly eat cheese, meat, veg etc. No fruit, bread, rice, sugar anything thats a carb. thats not healthy forever, but works for losing weight fast!
